TEMPUS The Strategy Game
Puts you in charge of making tough decisions that determine how quickly your civilization will advance through each consecutive era. The players create and expand the island by placing map tiles on the sea hexes. Each era is broken up into action rounds where players can move, build a city, or have ideas, fights, or babies! Technological advances are moved forward each turn, start with mastery of fire and ending in the modern age with flight. Play is kept tight due to a unique rule of the Tempus board game that automatically advances civilizations to the leader’s era at the end of each turn and allow them to take advantage of any newly discovered technologies. Tempus board game players will compete to build and advance an entire civilization from the stone age to modern times in just about 2 hours.
